1. Submitting a Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized agent) and believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice including:
- Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material on our website that is claimed to be infringing (with URLs or product links).
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Removal of Content
- Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
- The creator/uploader will be notified of the takedown.
3. Counter-Notification (For Creators)
If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may file a counter-notification. Your notice must include:
- Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
- Identification of the material removed and its original location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or the jurisdiction where your address is located).
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the copyright owner initiates legal action within 10 business days.
4. Repeat Infringers
Creators who repeatedly upload infringing content may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
5. Disclaimer
We do not mediate disputes between copyright owners and creators. Our role is limited to removing content in compliance with DMCA procedures.
